The Mindspan Triad


What is Mindspan

All of our training and coaching are based on the Mindspan framework.

The Mindspan content has been created using findings from 20+ areas of psychology, including emotional intelligence, CBT, NLP, personal development & sports psychology. These findings form this unique framework called the Mindspan Triad which comprises 3 psychologies and 9 mental competencies that positive drive performance.
